A lot of people have been wondering who to vote for for sheriff. As a Democrat we have no say in who wins the sheriff’s primary since both candidates are on the Republican ballot.
–Our office across from the Perkin’s driveway is openTuesday (10-5,) Thursday (10-8) and Saturday (10-5). We are stocked with Biden/Harris signs as well as signs for Richard Sarnwick and Aaron Damrau. We now have “We Support the Post Office” signs, buttons and bumper stickers. More Amanda Stuck signs will be coming soon. We also have Ed Vocke signs for those in Senate District 12.
—Wednesday, September 16th we will be Zooming our meeting at 7:00 pm. We will view a presentation put together by Tom Nelson on the local response to COVID. We are honored to have the President of the College of Menominee Nation as our speaker at our next meeting on September 18th. Dr. Paul Trebian will be speaking about what is going on at the college and his goals. The meeting begins 7:00 pm at the Shawano Civic Center. The business meeting will follow.
